At Bailey's Bakes and Cakes, we take great pride in the quality of our baked goods and strive to provide you with the best experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following refund policy:
1. Eligibility for Refunds
- Due to the perishable nature of our products, we can only offer refunds in certain circumstances:
- Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or spoiled, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup to request a refund or replacement.
- Quality Issues: If you experience any issues with the quality or freshness of our baked goods, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- We are unable to offer refunds for:
- Orders that have been consumed or are no longer in their original condition.
- Change of mind or personal preferences after receiving the goods.
2. How to Request a Refund
- To request a refund, please reach out to our customer support team at Contact@baileysbakesandcakes.com within the specified time frame.
- Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos (if applicable) of the damaged or incorrect items.
3. Processing Your Refund
- Once we receive your refund request, we will review the situation and respond within 1-2 business days.
- If your refund is approved, we will process it through your original method of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
4. Shipping and Delivery Fees
- Shipping or delivery fees are non-refundable if you change your mind or cancel your order after it has been dispatched.
- IF your product is Damaged or incorrect - we will refund the Shipping cost as well as the order total.
5. Custom Orders
- For custom baked goods (cakes, personalized cookies, etc.), refunds will only be offered if there is a mistake on our part (incorrect item or damage ) or the product does not meet the agreed-upon specifications.
6. Changes to this Policy
- Bailey's Bakes and Cakes reserves the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page.
